Your name as provided will be published on the page(s) featuring the images you provide through the Submissions Form for the purpose of crediting you. Links to your Portfolio and/or Instagram will be published on the page(s) featuring the images you provide through the Submissions Form in the case you provide either or both of these forms of links in the Submissions Form. The images, geographical details and notes on Artists, Exhibitions, Venues or Artworks you provide through the Submissions Form may be edited and published by Art Out Live.

Art Out Live collates aggregate data related to views per individual pages, however does not collate nor disseminate data regarding the identities of individual platform users or their interactions with this platform.

Should Art Out Live enable functionality facilitating users’ identification of their own location on Art Out Live maps, ​Art Out Live permits users to share their location as part of an opt-in system in order to improve users’ experience and assist users in sourcing and exploring locations. It is at each user’s discretion whether to grant this permission. Art Out Live does not store data identifying users including those users who share their location.

Art Out Live does not store credit card information and does not share details of the form by which payment is facilitated, including via credit card or PayPal, with anyone. All purchases are final and if there is any dispute as to transacted work(s) or transaction(s) while the buyer may reach out to Art Out Live to resolve the matter Art Out Live accepts no liability as per these terms and conditions and requires buyers to resolve such disputes directly with external parties.

The failure of Art Out Live to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these policies shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement and these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in these provisions and terms and conditions, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
